Yes, absolutely — most people come alone and that's completely normal at Moon.
This applies to the Festival + Stay ticket, where your accommodation is included. You first choose your venue, then pick a room type (single, double sharing, triple, dorm, etc.). If you book a sharing room, we match you with another attendee of the same gender. You get your own bed in the room — it's not a private room, but it's your space.
Your ticket covers everything at the festival — all workshops, sessions, performances, and stages across the three days. Meals are an optional add-on you can prebook at checkout.
So to sum it up: pick a venue → pick a room type → we handle the rest. You can arrive alone and leave with people you'll remember for a long time.
Moon Festival 2026 takes place at Bhakti Kutir, Colomb Bay, Palolem, South Goa.
Your wristband is given to you at your accommodation venue on check-in — not at the festival gates. When you arrive in Goa, go directly to your hotel or venue first, check in, drop your luggage, and collect your wristband there. Once you have it, you're free to make your way to the festival.
Parking at the venue is not available. The nearest parking is a 10-minute walk away.
Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person, or carry it forward to Moon Festival 2027, up to 5 days before the festival (i.e. before 22 November). In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control, we will assess the situation in good faith — taking into account costs already committed to venues and operations — and communicate our resolution to all ticket holders as soon as possible. All ticket prices are exclusive of tax. A 5% GST is applicable on all transactions and will be reflected at checkout. Your invoice will reflect the GST breakdown upon purchase.
Moon Festival has no age restriction. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A ticket is required for all attendees aged 5 and above.
No. Moon Festival does not serve alcohol.
Apply via our Facilitator Application page. Include a brief description of your practice, any training or lineage, and links to recordings or testimonials. We curate slowly — expect a 4–6 week response window.

Your ticket includes a 3-night / 4-day stay at your chosen venue, plus full access to all workshops, festival acts, music events, ceremonies, and talks across all three days.
Check-in is at 2 PM on 27th November. Check-out is 30th November at 11 AM.
If you'd like to arrive a day earlier, an Early Check-in add-on for 26th November is available — you can add this when booking your ticket.
Meals can be added on at ₹3,600 total (6 meals — brunch & dinner daily) for 27th, 28th & 29th November.
5–6 parallel workshops run throughout the festival, and each one is repeated on a different day — so you will always have another chance. There is no pre-registration required; simply show up and choose on the spot. All concerts are open to everyone.
Yes, please bring your own. Yoga mats are not provided at the festival, though you are welcome to purchase one from us on site.
Pack light and move freely — comfortable clothing for workshops, yoga mat, and a reusable water bottle are the essentials. Bring a stole or light jacket for the evenings, swimwear for the beach, and mosquito repellent since the property sits in nature.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your invoice. Approximately two weeks before the festival, we add all attendees to a WhatsApp group where we share the final schedule, a packing checklist, and all important pre-arrival information. This is also where we communicate updates and answer last-minute questions leading up to the event.
Yes. All payments on Moon Festival are processed through Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Razorpay uses 256-bit encryption and is PCI DSS compliant, so your transaction is fully secure.

Add-ons must be prebooked at checkout and cannot be booked during the festival.
Early Check-in · 26 Nov — arrive a day early; inauguration at 7pm that evening. Highly recommended. If you skip this, note that on 27 Nov hotel check-in is only from 2pm — the first workshop begins at 7am that morning. That's a long wait with nowhere to go. Limited spots.
Meals · 27–29 Nov — Satvik brunch & dinner daily, eaten together as a ritual. Includes one Tribal Lunch of your choice (27, 28 or 29 Nov) — cooked by tribal women from the forests of South Goa. ₹3,600 total (6 meals + Tribal Lunch). First 70 only.
Ayurvedic Massage — traditional full-body massage. Save ₹300 vs on-site price. First 50 only.
