Making of Moon
Five Years in the Making
It Starts With a Blank Forest.
The Beginning
Every year it begins the same way — an empty stretch of forest, a notebook full of sketches, and a few months to turn it into something.
The Main Stage.
Born From The Forest
Every year, the main stage is built around a creature from nature. Last year, was a horned bird stage, before that, the owl, before that was the moon. This year — the fox.
Made by Hand.
The Craft
Everything you see at Moon passed through someone's hands. Stages, installations, the entrance arch, the signages, the little touches at each shala entrance — made over months.
When the Sun Goes Down.
The Moon Lights Up
The forest at night looks like magic.
The Night Before.
Almost Ready
The night before Moon opens, the main stage comes alive. Lights are tested, sound is checked, and the stage that will hold music, movement, and fire for three nights is finally ready.
